Plot Outline ;

When a new invention is stolen from Thomas Edison's lab, sinister company boss Richard Gellert will do anything to get it back. Mistaking him for a police marksman, Gellert sends Doyle P. Feldman after the misfit criminals with orders to destroy the invention. Little does Gellert know that Doyle is only an amateur sniper who refuses to kill people.
