In debt to brutal crime boss Paul Santo (Nick Vallelonga), former Special Forces mercenary turned hardened criminal Vic (Michael Lazar) and his partner, Frank (Paul Sloan), must assassinate three witnesses tapped to testify against Santo. To fulfill the obligation, they'll have to avoid both a corrupt vice cop (Neal McDonough) and Santo's sadistic sidekick (Michael Madsen). Michael Lazar directs this gun-blazing crime drama.
